WHAT
We believe that every single one of us can contribute to building and advancing our church. As a group of individuals joining together, the impact of our collective giving far exceeds what we could achieve on our own. We believe that we are called to build a large, bible-based church in Southern California. We are a church that captures the hearts of people. A church that helps people get deeply rooted in the foundations of faith. A church where people are part of community fellowship and accountability. We are a church that encourages people to do something to make their lives count by helping them discover their purpose.
The Sanctuary that is to be built for God has to be the greatest, the talk of all the nations
1 Chronicles 22:5
Heart For The House offering is an offering over and above regular tithes & offerings. As you come together with us, and out of what you have, let us contribute towards moving our big picture project forward.
So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver.
2 Corinthians 9:7
PAST
In the past, our giving has enabled us to begin to purchase and move into our current building and each week we have over a thousand people who attend services. We have seen countless numbers of lives changed and people making decisions to follow Jesus Christ. Previous offerings have also enabled us to make improvements to our building, which in turn allows the church to function with improved efficiency and greater effectiveness.
And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.
Galatians 6:9
FUTURE
With this Heart For The House offering, we want to continue to see this church reach and influence more people and have an even greater impact in this city.
- We want to see this happen in three key ways:
- Pay off our current debt of $782,829
- Build a multi level building in the back of our current building with state of the art children and youth facilities and much more.
- Upgrade our current building by doubling our seating capacity to approximately 1000.
BEYOND US
Our heart is to see the Kingdom of God move forward at home and in the major cities of the world.
